I love to understand things. Explain things. I've spent the last 20 years untangling the complex and making it straight and simple for anyone to understand. I started by translating health care jargon into plain English at a hospital system. Then spent years pinpointing hard-hitting customer benefits at two advertising agencies. I even helped Japanese students speak English more clearly as a teacher.
Working on tons of different projects has helped me develop a versatile writing style. I've done print work such as ads, brochures, direct mail and outdoor, as well as broadcast, public relations and online projects such as websites, e-newsletters, videos and more.
